Morphis rent a car in Athens accepts payments by debit card or cash. Clients have to pay a deposit in cash or by credit card which is refundable at the end of the rental without damages. Requirements for Renting a Car

• Driving License: The rented car driver must hold a driving license issued at least one year before the rental date. The driver must hold either a driving license issued by a European Union Member State or an international driving license for non EU countries.
• Age of the Driver: The minimum age limit is 23 years. For cars belonging to categories E1, M, J the minimum age limit is 25 years.
• Guarantee: The drivers must be holders of a credit card for reasons of guarantee. If they do not hold a credit card, they can rent only cars valid belonging to categories A, B, C, E, E1 after depositing a guarantee in cash for the rental, in addition to the rental fee, which shall be refunded to them at the end of the rental period as long as the car is returned as collected.

• Minimum Rental Period: One day (24 hours). Each hour of delay upon completion of the 24-hour rental shall be charged with 1/5 of the daily rental fee.
• Petrol:The renter must deliver the car with the same petrol quantity as it was delivered.
• Border Crossing is not allowed.
• Changes: In certain special cases, the company is entitled to change the type of the car.
• Transportation by Ship: It is allowed with a written authorisation from our company.
• Delivery and collection to Different Locations: Available option, by paying a special fee, upon request.
• Traffic Violations: All traffic tickets and any other consequences shall burden the renter.

Car Rental Extras

• Additional Drivers: 1 additional driver Free of Charge / Minimum Age for Additional Drivers - 23 year old.
• Children Safety Seats: Available upon request.1 Baby chair or 1 Booster is free of charge.
• GPS: Available upon request at a rate of 5 euro per day (VAT included) for rental periods shorter than 10 days and at a rate of 3euro per day for rental periods exceeding 10 days. Maximum price per rental 85 euro.
• Snow Chains: Available upon request at a rate of 3 euro per day (VAT included) and such fee is charged for 14 days maximum (i.e.42 euro).

Rates & Offers

• Rates & Offers posted on the website may change without notice.
• Rate Quotes are valid only for seven days. If the seventh day has passed then customers should ask to be offered a new one that is valid.
• Prices for 1 Day cover 200 KLMS FREE for the extra klms cost per kilometer depends on the car category.
• Prices for 2 Days cover 400 KLMS FREE, for the extra klms cost per kilometer depends on the car category.
• All prices for 3 Days or more include unlimited Klms.

Payment Methods & Cancellation Policy

• RAC Athens onlines services accepts the following methods of payment: VISA, Master Card, AMEX, Cash.
• Cash payment without credit card. In this case the excess has to be paid by cash depending on the car category.
• For cancellations 3 days prior to delivery of the car, 1 day rental payment must be paid.
• For last minute cancellation of the rental or non show a full amount of the rental is required.
